By using KolorPanda ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who interact with KolorPanda via WhatsApp.
2. Description of Service
KolorPanda is an AI-powered service that:

- Generates coloring pages from text descriptions
- Delivers coloring pages via WhatsApp
The Service is designed for families and children to create fun, age-appropriate coloring activities.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service independently
- Children under 13 may use the Service with parental supervision and consent
- By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

- Upload images containing nudity, violence, or adult content
- Submit prompts requesting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Upload images of people without their consent
- Submit copyrighted characters or trademarked content you don't own

- Attempt to bypass usage limits or credit systems

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Warning: Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Credits and Payments
5.1 Free Credits
- New users receive a limited number of free coloring page generations
- Free credits are non-transferable and may expire
- We reserve the right to modify free credit allowances at any time
5.2 Paid Credits (Future)
- Additional credits may be purchased in the future
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

6. Intellectual Property

- You grant us a temporary license to process your images for the purpose of generating coloring pages
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you upload
